Providing draft feedback

If you add drafting to your assessment, you can view students' work and leave individual feedback through Cadmus Marker, Turnitin Feedback Studio or Canvas Speedgrader.

To provide feedback on draft submissions

  1. Click on the Drafts page.
  2. Click Feedback next to a student's name to open their work in Cadmus Marker, Turnitin Feedback Studio or Canvas SpeedGrader.

  3. If using Turnitin Feedback Studio or Canvas SpeedGrader, add feedback and comments as usual.
  4. If using Cadmus Marker, you can annotate, link comments to particular rubric criteria, or leave unlinked comments on the draft. Use the dropdown on the left to switch between draft and final submissions. Note that clicking on the rubric scales wouldn't accumulate a score in case of drafts.

Students can then access their feedback through the Student Environment as it becomes available. They can continue working on their assessment and submit their final in Cadmus when they are ready.
