Potential causes
- Cadmus isn’t being accessed directly via the Learning Management System.
- Cadmus may have been set up incorrectly in your Learning Management System.
- Cadmus doesn't recognise the user role passed by the Learning Management System.
To fix this problem:
- Log out from the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Close and reopen your browser.
- Log back into your LMS and access Cadmus through your LMS (not through a bookmark or URL).
