# Printable Instruction Sheets
## Learn how to download multi-format assessments as PDFs directly from Cadmus
Teachers can now export Cadmus multi-format assessments as PDFs to support pen-and-paper exams. Students can use the offline PDF to mark their answers and get graded offline.
To download multi-format instruction sheets:
1. Navigate to the multi-format taskbuilder. After adding all the instructions to the task builder, click the **Download PDF** button at the top.
2. Select the date checkbox to specify and add the date to the PDF. Select the student information checkbox to add fields. Add the name of the field, such as section, marking group etc. Click **Add Field** to add more sections. Click the bin icon to delete any field.
3. After adding the date and information fields, click **Preview**. If the assessment includes question sets, select the set you wish to include in the PDF in the next window, then click **Next**.
Click **Download All Sets** at the top-right to view the different combinations of papers according to the different question sets and download all combinations of papers as a .zip file. Use the filter dropdown to view individual combinations and the download all button to export the .zip file.
4. The date, student information fields added, and the name of the assessment are visible at the top. Scroll through the preview to check all questions, then click **Download PDF** to export the selected combination.
