My Students Can't Download Their Submission from Turnitin

If you have disabled the Turnitin similarity score from students for the entire course of the assessment, this is a known Turnitin limitation.

Students can still access their feedback and comments by clicking on the speech bubble icon from the right side panel of the Turnitin page.

If they'd like a copy of their submission, and you have enabled it, they can refer to their submission confirmation email for a PDF copy.
