Cadmus

Cadmus isn't Loading

If you can't seem to load Cadmus from the Learning Management System (LMS) i.e. Blackboard, Canvas, Moodle, or D2L, this may look like the following:

  • You can't find the Accept and continue button under the Collection Notice or Student Declaration
  • You can't find the Go to Cadmus button
  • The Cadmus entry point does not load at all

Steps to troubleshoot this problem

  • If it's loaded but there's no button, try hovering your cursor over the Cadmus area and scrolling down
  • If it's not loading at all, contact your teacher and include us in the email (support@cadmus.io) with a screenshot of the full window within your LMS. We'll work together with your teacher to help solve your issue as fast as possible!
